Privacy policy
This Policy applies to viralia.net (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Effective Date: April 18, 2026
Nature of the Service
Viralia.net operates as a lead generation platform connecting Clients (individuals or companies seeking a service) with Service Providers (businesses or professionals offering services).
Clients submit service requests via a dedicated form.
Service Providers pay a subscription fee to receive notifications when a new lead is generated.
Explicit Consent and Mandatory Acceptance
In compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), Viralia.net requires explicit consent for the processing of personal data.
To submit a request or to subscribe to our services, all users (Clients and Providers) must explicitly check the acceptance box related to this Privacy Policy.
This action constitutes a clear affirmative act of consent. Without this explicit acceptance, it will be impossible to proceed with the service request, the subscription, or the general use of the platform.
Data Collection and Usage
We collect data necessary to facilitate the connection between parties:
For Clients: Name, email address, phone number, and specific details regarding the service request/quote.
For Service Providers: Professional contact details, payment information (processed via third-party gateways), and business credentials.
Data Retention: Client data is processed to facilitate the lead transfer. Viralia.net does not store this data indefinitely; typically, personal information is deleted within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise required by law.
Third-Party Systems and Data Transfer
Viralia.net is built on the WordPress platform and utilizes Gmail for notification routing.
When a Client submits a form, the data is transmitted via email to subscribed Providers.
Disclaimer: Viralia.net shall not be held liable for any malfunctions, data breaches, or unauthorized sharing of data caused by third-party platforms (WordPress, Google, or hosting providers).
Security Disclaimer and Data Protection
Viralia.net is committed to protecting your information and maintaining the integrity of our systems.
Technical Expertise: We clarify that Viralia.net is not a specialized cybersecurity firm. However, we do everything within our power to prevent the disclosure of sensitive information and to keep our systems secure.

Vetting: We perform regular checks on Subscribers to prevent the entry of scammers or malicious actors. Fraudulent activities will be reported to the competent authorities.
Provider Responsibilities (GDPR Compliance)
Service Providers acting as “Subscribers” are independent Data Controllers once they receive lead information.
Providers must be fully GDPR compliant to handle client data.
Providers are solely responsible for the lawful handling, storage, and protection of Client data (emails, phone numbers, etc.).
Viralia.net disclaims any liability for misuse or loss of data once it has been transmitted to the Provider.

Viralia.net maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity.
Any Provider found providing false credentials or engaging in malicious behavior will have their subscription terminated immediately.
We reserve the right to report such individuals to legal authorities.
